New York City is incredibly loud, but right now it’s as if a hush has descended over the two of them. The plan forming in Foggy’s mind crystallises.

yes so I finally split that Matt/Foggy wip into two and wrote a new ending for this half of the wip. hopefully it won't take me another six months or however many months it's been to finish the other half of the wip.
