I have no idea what this fandom is or who the characters are, but I saw this linked to somewhere (probably fanficrants). It's a kinkmeme fill (though I'd put the rating for this at G) and is about a female-to-male guy who falls pregnant.

eta: It wasn't linked at fanficrants as an example of horrid writing, rather as an example of "this is how you do it right". It's a fun read and as realistic as realistic can be - with a bit of leeway for the sake of fic.
