HP comms on DW

because i forgot to update: the fest comms hd_level_two , teddyjamesbb , nextgen_mas  and rs_collab  are now fully backed up on dreamwidth! everything sorted! i've also talked to my co-mod and we might revive nextgen_mas  this year (decisions to be made closer to the time when we know better what our schedules are like). 

i've had a poke around HP fest communities on dreamwidth as there seems to be a good number of them, but many of them aren't active or haven't been updated in a while?? does anyone know which HP fests are currently active on dreamwidth (and not just LJ)? I'd like to subscribe to them because remembering to check LJ fest comms for updates is not something i'm remembering to do, but it seems pointless to subscribe to the DW comms if they aren't going to actually post...

oh, i'd love for nextgen_mas to come back!

of all the comms i follow here, these are the ones i see regularly on my feed: daily_snitch, quibbler_report, hp_fanworks, hp_nextgen100, my_drarry_recs... hp_may_madness is coming back this year and it'll happen on dw.

the one fest i'm looking forward this year is hp_nextgen_fest but i don't think it'll be on dw, so i'll probably follow on ao3.

I have a serious lack of hp comms on my DW reading list as well. One of the reasons I have not deleted my LJ is that I made a filter there to check out the comms.
I don't know much about modding, but gracerene said in a post that a lot of the functions that might be needed for scheduling posts in a fest comm are missing on DW, so that might be a reason.

Also giving my vote for nextgen_mas to come back. ♥
